Returns Policy

Made to order items.

As our products are made to order we appreciate some people would be unsure of their rights regarding made to order goods, for that reason our policy is to treat our products as "stock" which means  in the unlikely event that an outfit does not fit we will replace the order with another size ( time of the event permiting)  Or should you wish to return the goods and provided the goods are returned within 14 days and the goods are in perfect unused condition and in the original box as per our terms and conditions we will return your payment . We do not cover postage costs.. 

If you wish to return an item we offer an exchange or refund when suitable.
All returned goods should be in the original packaging, unused and in the
condition they were received in.

Returned goods should be returned to Okika Ltd with-in 14 days if full priced and 7 days if they are sale goods.
When you receive the items the parcel will have contained a delivery note and invoice as well as a returns form.
Please complete the returns form with the reason you are returning the item as this will help us look after your returns more quickly and efficiently and improve our designs and production.
All returns must be sent by a traceable method such as a registered carrier. No refunds will be given for un-delivered return items.

Goods not received
Refunds will be given for items not received due to failure by our carrier to deliver your order to your address.

Faulty or Damaged
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or damaged Okika will refund the item and the return delivery costs.
All items are checked prior to dispatch.

Cost of Returns.
All returns, not covered by faulty or damaged issues, are at the cost of the customer.
